**Job Description: Social Media Freelancer**
**Position: Social Media Freelancer**
**Location: Remote**
**Type: Freelance/Contract**

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop, design, and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to our brand and
audience.
- Create a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and strategic content distribution.
Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our social media profiles of our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Community Engagement:

- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers’ comments, messages, and inquiries
promptly.
- Foster and grow an active community through interactive content and engagement
strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyse key metrics and performance indicators (e.g., engagement rates, follower
growth).
- Generate and present regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness,
engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously
improve our strategy.
Collaborations and Partnerships:

- Identify and engage with potential influencers and brand advocates for collaborations.
- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Background in graphic design or video editing.
