- **Maintaining quality control**: Implementing and monitoring quality standards throughout the process.
- **Managing budgets and costs**: Controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
- **Ensuring safety and compliance**: Adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- **Leading and mentoring plant staff**: Providing guidance, support and training to plant personnel.
- **Coordinating with other departments**: Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
