**Job Title: Jr. Executive**:

**Industry: Coal**

**Key Responsibility**
- Maintain records of vessel schedules and pricing in the system.
- Research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Importer Touchpoint team to stay informed about market changes.
- Regularly update the system with information on available vessels for picking up Indonesian coal.
- Establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a stable and diverse supply chain.
- Responsible for researching vendors, examining prospective suppliers, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
- Perform other duties such as preparing reports, tracking orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and reviewing the quality of purchased products.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Knowledge**
Technical knowledge of computer skills & Google Suit

**Education**:Bachelor's degree in any stream.
**Experience**:A fresher or a minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
**Certifications**:No specific credentials are required.
