**Supported by your manager and wider team, you will take on a broad and challenging role encompassing the following responsibilities**:

- Preparing bank reconciliations for all relevant subsidiaries in a timely manner.
- Monthly general ledger & balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing quarterly intercompany recharges of staff and shared services costs.
- Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, forecasts, records, and statements.
- Designing appropriate reporting that aids in provision of insightful analysis to management.
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Quarterly P/L review
- Assist with annual audit.
- Provide other ad hoc assistance on request.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
- Focus on delivery of high-quality output.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
- Innovative mindset, not afraid to pitch their suggestions for improvements and make them a reality.
