**Work Experience**:
1. Chartered Accountant

2. Post qualification experience in Corporates and audit firms - Minimum 4 years to maximum of 10 years.

3. Other preferred qualification like CIA, CFE, CISA, CISSF and MBA from a well recognised Business School.
- Shall be responsible for conducting and delivering qualitative risk based internal audit/systems audit, business process documentation and other risk advisory services for our clientele.
- Shall assist the Partner in delivering timely, accurate and reliable data to the clientele.
- Completing client projects effectively and efficiently and also maintaining a high level of proficiency and confidentiality.
- Broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.
- Preferably having Hands on Experience of working for listed companies in India,

**Key Skills**:

- Statutory Audit and Internal Audit of Companies as per Companies Act
- Statutory & Concurrent Audit of Banks, Co-operative Banks, Co-operative Societies & Trusts
- Can handle Income Tax Returns, GST Returns/Annual Returns, TDS Returns
- Can handle ROC related work like Incorporation of Companies, filing of various forms & other related work (will be added advantage)
- Appear before the Income Tax or GST Authority / Department whenever required
- Preparation of CMA Data or Projection for client for Loan purpose
- Preparation of 15CA-CB Certificate and other professional certificates
- Have good command over Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications (mandatory)
- Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day to day business
- Should be able to effectively handle the team and get updates for routine tasks
- Can do multitasking for the tasks allotted by Partner
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and client at all levels

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
- Chartered Accountant
- CA qualification or equivalent is desirable
- 3+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and proven work experience at a Chartered Accountants workplace.
- Impressive oral and written communication skills,

Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and strong leadership qualities

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
