**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, motherboards, hard drives, and RAM.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software.
- Perform system clean-ups, virus/malware removal, and data recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding device maintenance and usage.
- Test repaired systems for proper functionality before delivery.
- Handle walk-in customers and manage service requests in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Laptop/Computer Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, diagnostics, and repair tools.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux OS troubleshooting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Certification in hardware or computer repair (e.g., CompTIA A+, Diploma in Hardware & Networking) is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
