Tele Counselor

Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic counseling services to parents.
- Listen attentively to concerns and queries.
- Offer appropriate guidance and support to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay updated with best practices and relevant procedures in tele counseling.

Qualification
- Previous experience in counseling or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to interactions.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
