Job Title: Content Writer with Digital Marketing Experience (Architectural Firm)

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that highlights the firm's portfolio, services, and unique value proposition.
- Research industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to inform content strategy.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in architecture, design, and construction to provide relevant and timely content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visual assets and multimedia content to accompany written materials.
- Adapt content for different audiences, channels, and formats while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer with a focus on architecture, design, or related industries (portfolio required).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of architectural principles, terminology, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
- Proficiency in SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management platforms.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in or with architectural firms or related industries.
- Basic graphic design skills using software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with architectural visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and green building practices.
- Require 4+ years of experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
