**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging product training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
- Educate internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, formulations, and USP to improve product positioning.
- Conduct training workshops, webinars, and on-site demonstrations.
- Create product training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and FAQs.
- Regularly update training content in line with new product launches and market trends.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Act as a product expert to support sales conversions and resolve queries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in product training, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to simplify technical product knowledge into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
- Willingness to travel for on-site trainings as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
