**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with the company’s goals, brand identity, and target audience.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new social media platforms to ensure strategies are relevant and innovative.
- **Content Creation**:

- Plan, create, and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) for various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure content is visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and optimized for each platform.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- **Paid Social Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., **Google Ads**, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote products/services, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to websites.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or platform-specific insights.
- Create monthly reports on key metrics (engagement rates, impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and present findings to the team or stakeholders.
- **Brand Advocacy & Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.
- Negotiate partnerships, monitor performance, and ensure influencers align with the brand’s message and values.
- **Social Media Trendspotting**:

- Keep an eye on trending topics, hashtags, challenges, and viral content that could be leveraged for brand engagement or marketing opportunities.
- Develop campaigns or content that taps into these trends to maximize reach and engagement.
- **SEO & Hashtag Strategy**:

- Optimize social media posts for search engine visibility by using relevant keywords, hashtags, and metadata.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and integrate them into social media content strategies to improve organic reach.
- **Collaboration with Marketing Team**:

- **Brand Monitoring**:

- Keep track of brand mentions, competitors, and market sentiment on social platforms to gauge public perception and inform future campaigns.
- Flag any negative or inappropriate content and respond appropriately to protect the brand’s reputation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any bachelor’s degree is essential but not required. A graduation in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is typically preferred, but not required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, or influencers is highly desirable. Experience in paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram is also important.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, copywriting, and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a good grasp of SEO is essential.
- **Creativity & Adaptability**: Ability to think outside the box and create fresh, engaging content. Should also be adaptable to the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of social media.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
