**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Guest Coordination**:

- Identify, shortlist, and invite relevant guests, experts, and panelists for news programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for guests, ensuring all their queries and requirements are addressed professionally.
- Schedule guest appearances, ensuring punctuality and availability for live or pre-recorded segments.

**2. Scheduling & Logistics**:

- Work closely with the Assignment Desk to align guest selection with program topics.
- Organise travel, accommodation, and other logístical needs for guests, if required.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of experts and resource persons across various fields.

**3. Pre-Broadcast Preparation**:

- Brief guests on program details, discussion topics, and channel guidelines.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure technical and operational readiness for guest participation.

**4. Relationship Management**:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, and influencers to maintain a steady pool of contributors.
- Proactively engage with guests to keep them informed of upcoming opportunities with the channel.

**5. Post-Broadcast Follow-Up**:

- Collect and document feedback from guests to improve future interactions.
- Ensure proper acknowledgement and timely resolution of guest concerns, if any.

**Requirements**:

- Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
**- Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in guest coordination or a similar role, preferably in a news/media organisation.
**- Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with newsroom operations and guest handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
