**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the studio
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information about our services and pricing
- Schedule and confirm appointments for photo sessions
- Manage the studio's calendar and coordinate with photographers
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Process payments and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and well-informed about their sessions
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling software and basic accounting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Customer service-oriented mindset
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position; availability to work on weekends or evenings as required
- The position is based in the front office area of the studio
- Interaction with clients, photographers, and other staff members
