Job Title **:System Administrator**

Experience **:Min 2 years - 3 years**
- Managing and installing IT Infra in Clinic Including laptop, Desktop, Modem/routers, NW Printers and Tablet
- Ensure all help desk calls are handled promptly and diagnosed accurately and provide appropriate support
- Monitoring internet and coordination ISP’s for internet related faults
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Manage and collaborate with third party vendors for support
- Managing CCTV and Surveillance
- Working in collaboration with team and being a team player
- Setting up IT infra at new locations
- Maintaining the laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches
- Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system.
- Experience with server migration/upgrade of Windows environment from one version to another version.
- Provide remote support through phone or end-user via phone
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
- Experience in Managing Microsoft Windows servers with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,FSMO,File server, Print Server.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to Server, Backup & Antivirus etc.
