**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations.
- Understanding clients’ requirements and advising them accordingly
- Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients
- Assisting in drafting real estate transactions
- Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions
- Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments
- Keeping a track on regulatory and compliance-related requirements
- Ensuring that all property documentations are in line with the property laws and regulations.
- Monitoring property taxes and value estimates
- Representing clients in court and drafting legal pleadings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
