**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media and SEO performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
- Assist in running paid campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads) when required.
- Ensure timely execution of posting calendars and campaign deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and SEO.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
