- Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscaping, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including lawn maintenance, planting, and upkeep of garden features.
- Maintain landscape designs by trimming hedges, trees, and plants, ensuring the garden looks tidy and healthy.
- Monitor the health and growth of plants, flowers, and lawn, and take necessary action to correct issues.
- Supervise repairs to landscaping equipment, structures, and furniture.
- Provide guidance to clients on proper landscape care and maintenance.
- Collaborate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure that the design meets client expectations and is executed as planned.
- Ensure walkways, fountains, and other outdoor features are well-maintained and cleaned.
- Advise on the planting of new bushes, flowers, and shrubs to enhance the landscape.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of plant care, including fertilization, pruning, and pest management.
- Capability to supervise maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for landscaping design.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with garden design and working with landscape architects.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of pest control and environmental sustainability practices in landscaping.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
