**Objective
- **The Head of Training and Development, in this capacity, provides direction and development of lasting leadership development programs within the business. In his leadership position, it is also the Head of Training and Development to ensure that programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with departmental heads and management across the organization.
- Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Measure and improve the quality of program delivery, making necessary adjustments to align with client needs. Guide trainers in developing tailored training curricula for the target audience.
- Stay updated on soft skills training trends and incorporate them into the programs.
- Coordinate with client organizations to ensure seamless program execution.
- Plan and manage training materials and logistics for the training team.
- Work with the business team to schedule client demos, training sessions, and post-contract planning.
- Ensure training programs are consistent with the curriculum and completed on time.
- Conduct post-training evaluations in collaboration with the client organization.
**Skills & Requirements
- Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
- Be able to motivate, engage and inspire Training Team
- Experience in developing and delivering training content-Required computer knowledge in preparing presentations, creating analysis and MIS
**Qualification**:
- Minimum -Graduate,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in soft skills Training.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
