**Job Summary**:
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all activities related to shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise a team of logistics coordinators, warehouse workers, and other staff members. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and productivity. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor work progress to meet operational targets.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing shipments. Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock outs.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries and arranging transportation. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards. Resolve any issues or delays in shipping or receiving processes to minimize disruptions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of goods during handling and storage. Monitor product quality and address any issues related to damaged or defective items. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the logistics department. Propose and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management on departmental performance.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all staff members. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards or safety concerns. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
