**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Gathered Non-Functional requirements, designed Test plan, workload model parameters, and Test scripts.
- Defining the Performance Strategy, creating detailed performance test plans, and creating and executing the scripts.
- Created/customized the scripts like Parameterization for user inputs, Correlation for dynamic data generated by the server, and data handling in Test Scripts.
- Should provide improvements and recommendations for performance tuning.
- Worked and experienced different Types of Testing like Performance, Load Testing, and Endurance Testing.
- Establishing the Test Performance strategy, designing, developing, and executing the Performance test scripts, and reporting per customer's test Performance standards.
- Understand business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debugging performance issues, designing automation framework, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis and tuning DB/OS, etc.
- Understands and defines systems monitoring, collects and analyzes monitoring data in production to support root cause analysis using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) based solutions and others.
- Works with solutions architects and business analysts to define the critical business processes/scenarios to be tested.
- Sharing Detailed reports on the performance timings and conducting meetings.

**Skills / Attributes Required**:
**Essential**:

- Understand User Behavior.
- Understanding of the System Infrastructure, configurations, and Hardware Sizing.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Testing Tools like Load Runner and Neo Load Tool.

**Desired Skills**
- Defect Management and Agile Management Tool like JIRA is preferable.
- Desirable having a certified tester like ISTQB/Agile Tester.
