Khushi Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Product Incharge with a BSC in Agriculture to manage the full product lifecycle from development to distribution. The role includes overseeing product quality, analyzing market trends, coordinating with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams, tracking inventory, optimizing pricing, and driving product growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product development and ensure alignment with market demand.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and product trends.
- Oversee product inventory, ensuring availability and timely distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (BSC Agriculture), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and product management software.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
