**Brand Executive**

**Experience: 3-6Years.**

**Job Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to elevate market presence and achieve business objectives.
- Designing Brand Collaterals.
- Developing and designing Brand Kit
- Design Catalogues
- Design and overseeing mainline and print related materials.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape within the laminate industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to create impactful and cohesive brand campaigns.
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels, reflecting the company's values and resonating with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a creative and results-driven work environment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualification**:

- Must have experience in **Fine arts ,Designing, Branding, print media.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand management within the laminate or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative thinking and a strategic mindset to position the brand effectively in a competitive market.

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday full day working)**

**Timings : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
