**- Captivate or Articulate tools for E-learning content development.
- Photoshop/ Illustrator - for building objects/vectors.
- Premier pro for Video Sequencing.
- Adobe After Effect for Video Animation.

The duties and responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include:

- Translating needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
- Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
- Select colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
- Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front-end developers, marketing, content, and other professionals to create media.
- Create HTML5 supported video tutorials for self leaning using articulate and captivate
- Experience ranging from 3-8 years.
- Motivated and self-directed sales professional.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have contact with Senior personnel dealing in Customer Experience management.
- Ability to sell solutions, proven track record of meeting and overachieving targets.
- Strong presentation skills-building and delivery as well.
- Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the BPM industry shall be preferred.
