**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Develop and implement assessments and exams to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for the humanities.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Align lesson plans with the curriculum and ensure all necessary educational standards are met.
- Update and revise course materials as necessary to keep up with academic advancements and educational best practices.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and organized classroom environment.
- Address individual student needs and provide additional support as required.
- Monitor and manage student behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and positive learning atmosphere.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide guidance to students on academic, personal, and career-related matters.
- Encourage students to engage in discussions, projects, and extracurricular activities related to the humanities field.
- Conduct regular student assessments, provide feedback, and develop strategies for improvement.
- **Parent-Teacher Interaction**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and areas of improvement.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings to keep them informed about their child’s academic progress.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on educational trends and teaching techniques.
- Contribute to the academic community through participation in departmental meetings and school events.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
