**Job Profile - 3D Architectural Visualizer**

We are looking at 3D Rendering & Visualizer to work within our Architectural visualization team in delivering Architectural Design visualization, animation & Presentation projects to our client.

JOB DISCRIPTION
- Ability to understand and handle Architecture CAD Drawing.
- Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches.
- Work on Architecture 3d Modeling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering on Visuals and walk-through projects.
- Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and Animation using

V-Ray/Corona Renderer.
- Undertaking 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D rendering.
- Well Knowledge and brilliant eye for details in post-production to enhancing visuals, after effect, light room and other plug-in & special effects software.
- Stay updated with latest software used in the visualization field including.
- Explore new technologies to expend Swar Anims’s services, improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. This is likely to include new rendering engines, pipelines and assets as well as emerging trends such as virtual reality.

KEY SKILLS
- Experience in the use of Autocad, 3D Max, Corona & special effects software is essential.
