**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Assistant, specializing in South Indian cuisine. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring the smooth flow of culinary processes, and contributing to the creation of authentic South Indian dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambars, and various chutneys.
- **Ingredient Management**: Manage and organize ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- **Cooking Assistance**: Support the chefs in cooking and assembling dishes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- **Cleaning and Sanitation**: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist in monitoring and controlling kitchen inventory, notifying the chef of low stock items.

**Requirements**:

- **Culinary Knowledge**: Basic understanding of South Indian culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditional recipes.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to handle various kitchen tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and working in a dynamic kitchen setting.
- **Hygiene Standards**: Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills to coordinate with chefs and other kitchen staff.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
