**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into a finished product that aligns with the company's vision and brand identity
- Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver projects within deadlines
- Enhance video and audio quality using various editing software and techniques
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed
- Ensure all edited videos comply with copyright laws and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new video ideas and concepts
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in video editing and production

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery specifications
- Strong creative and storytelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A portfolio of previous work demonstrating video editing skills and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
- Knowledge of color grading and sound editing techniques
