We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our team in Sriperumbudur, India. As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the first point of contact.
- Optimize room sales in alignment with the hotel's sales policies and brand standards
- Provide warm, professional assistance to guests and address their inquiries promptly
- Manage the reservation process meticulously, following brand-specific procedures
- Enter reservation details accurately and communicate information to relevant departments
- Collaborate with other hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Generate and send reservation confirmations with attention to detail
- Assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling techniques
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and special offers to inform guests accurately
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks related to reservations

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Adaptability to handle various communication channels effectively
