**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Day to day real time entry in TALLY PRIME
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, preparation of debtors / creditors statements, Stocks entry and transfer, Preparation of Balance Sheet along with Profit & Loss Statement, Reconciliations of Accounts and bank book, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Timely deduction and Payment of TDS, GST, EPF, PT, IT, etc. and basic preparation of various Returns i.e., TDS, GST, PT, IT etc.
- Should have good knowledge to keep accounts up to date as per auditor or CA requirements
- Preparation of costs budget summary for cash as well as bank expenses
- Monthly Preparation of GST keeping track of duty drawback and other scheme refunds
- Making Online NEFT & RTGS Payments.
- Take account of all financial and administrative tasks assigned.
- Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export Invoice and E waybill.
- Filing & Saving of all documents in proper folders.
- Ensure Timely Utility payments including Telephone, Electricity, Water and Property Tax, and other expenses etc.
- Preparation of purchase orders, according to requirements and share with the respective manufacturer till dispatch of the products.
- Follow-up on payment outstanding and sending ledger to customer.
- Must have knowledge of computer and tally
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Bank Recco
- Purchase and stock management
- Petty cash handling
- Data entry feeding
- Invoice generation
- Monthly reports and outstanding's
- GST/ TDS Reconciliation and filing

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
