- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives._
- Develop unique and creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and messaging._
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs within project deadlines._
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative elements into the artwork._
- Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring optimal visual impact across different mediums._
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials._
- **Requirements**:*_
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects._
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)._
- Understanding of social media platforms and design specifications for each._
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams._
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly._
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs._
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for various materials._
- **Education and Experience**:*_
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field._
- Minimum of _**3 to 4 Years**_ _of professional experience in graphic design._

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
