**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, Spot, and Stud welding on various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Set up welding machines based on the job specifications and ensure proper settings for each type of welding.
- Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and fitting as necessary before welding.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, ARC, Spot, and Stud welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various positions, including bending, kneeling, and overhead.
- Willingness to work in different environmental conditions, including outdoor and indoor settings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
