# Position : Brand Manager & Asst Manager
# Salary : Negotiable

# Weekly OFF : 2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday
# Exp Required : Min 4+ exp in Branding
# Education : PG Marketing / Graduate

# Role Objectives:
a. Counsel, train and guide direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals.
b. Hire, train, set goals and monitor performance of sales representatives and direct reports.
c. Follow desired standards of consistency, fairness and honesty.
d. Manage company products, services, features and benefits knowledge.
e. Inform on competitive services, promotional matter, sales technique, pricing and marketing policies.
f. Analyse account profitability and determine sales technique, advertising and market penetration with sales representatives.
g. Promote Organization and reaffirm Corporate image through ad hoc events and incorporate image into sales effort.
h. Develop, present and sell value proposition.
i. Build relationships with professional services consulting and education field managers to develop joint account plans.
j. Gather and format data and submit responses to RFPs.
k. Define and implement regional sales plans, write presentations, reports and price quotations and support contract negotiations.
l. Foster relationships with Marketing, Product Support, Global Services, Finance and Engineering employees.
m. Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.
n. Strategize sales plans for short and long term objectives.

# 2. ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Brand Architecture

a. Understand sub-brands any other new brand role in marketing and sales ecosystem of company
b. Create a positioning of each brand and sub-brands in portfolio for direction and streamline marketing and sales communication in future perspective.
c. Define brand architecture based on brand role and positioning.
d. Define relationship between bran and sub
- brands.
e. Define the visual manifestation of sub-brands.

2. Retail Branding

a. Create retail store touch points to create an in-store presence of products.
b. Responsible for Van Branding.
c. Designing graphics for freezer.
d. Responsible for pillar branding.
e. Create super graphics for product branding.
f. Support store for branding & material needed for marketing.

3. Retail Collateral

a. Point of contact for purchase of in-store promotional material
b. Responsible to provide & design danglers, Posters, Self Sticker, Shelf Window Jacket, Counter Dispensers, Shopper Bags and other marketing collateral needs to support brands in store.

4. Marketing Collateral

a. Develop communication collateral needs to promote retails aids for sales team.
b. Design & develop Corporate Brochure, Leaflets, Flyers, Product Booklet, Mailers, Posters and Banners, panels, Hoardings and Press advertising material.
c. Design and develop pole kiosks, Bus Shelters, Newsletters, Invitations, T-shirt, Caps and other marketing material needs to support brand promotion activity.
d. Design and develop website for online communication.
e. Brainstorming with internal & external stakeholders for customer engagement strategy and ground activation ideas.
f. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholder for effectively engaging the customer with brands which aims at influencing customer behavior and encouraging customer loyalty.

5. Liaisoning

a. Coordinate with internal & external customer.
b. Coordinate & communicate with design agencies, Research Agencies and Social Medial Agencies.

6. Reporting & MIS

a. Responsible for market research analysis reports.
b. Responsible for budget monitoring plan vs Actual reports.
7. Administrative Activity
c. Responsible for designing packaging material.
d. Responsible for social media marketing.
