- **1)** Review data deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities if possible and check the output of the authorization document.

**2)** Verify and update data before entering it in the database.

**3)** Enter data and fill in for the missing information through research and coordination from the concerned department.

**4)** Prepare the backup of all the data and information.

**Requirements:

**2)** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
