**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**
- Plan and deliver **interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons** in literacy, numeracy, general awareness, motor skills, and creative arts.
- Use a variety of teaching methods such as **storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, play, and role-play** to enhance learning experiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly lesson plans based on the **early childhood curriculum** and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom environment to support children's curiosity and learning pace.

**Child Development & Classroom Management**
- Observe and assess each child's **individual development**, behavior, and learning needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and valued.
- Guide and support children in developing essential social and emotional skills like sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
- Maintain discipline using **positive reinforcement** techniques and encourage independence and self-care.

**Activities & Creativity**
- Organize and facilitate fun, hands-on activities including **art projects, physical games, dance sessions, nature walks, and storytelling**.
- Decorate the classroom with children’s artwork and create an inviting and vibrant learning space.
- Celebrate festivals, birthdays, and special days with themed classroom activities to enhance cultural awareness.

**Record Keeping & Communication**
- Maintain accurate records of **student progress**, attendance, observations, and parent communication.
- Prepare **progress reports**, student portfolios, and evaluation records.
- Communicate regularly with parents through **PTMs**, informal meetings, and written updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers, assistants, and school staff to ensure a smooth daily routine and cohesive learning experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
