The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment within the facility. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.

Diagnose mechanical failures and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting:
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues in mechanical equipment.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve complex mechanical problems.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities for management review.

Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other technicians and departments to support overall facility operations.

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Continuous Improvement:
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.

**Skills**:Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical manuals.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) and perform physically demanding tasks.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.

Work Environment:
Primarily based in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

May require shift work, on-call duty, or overtime as needed.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
