**Hiring For Accounts Executive - O2C /R2R Process
- Chennai**

**Job Location**: Chennai

Experience:

- 2 to 8 years in ACCOUNTING / Core Accounting

Qualification:

- BCOM /BBM / BBA/MCOM

**Salary**: 5 LPA

Requirement:

- Record journal entries in SAP for the assigned entities/regions in-line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform account reconciliations, including, bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, etc., and resolve the reconciling items in a timely manner.
- R2R or O2C Role General Ledger Accounting R2R ,O2C, P2P
- Strong knowledge in Day to Day posting journal entries and reconciliation
- Should be knowing GL Month End Close and related activities.
- Experience in performing to Account Reconciliations
- Experience in ERP packages like Oracle and SAP Prior BPO experience,
- Willingness to work in pressure situation and comfortable with shifts (especially US shift).
- Strong exposure on Client handling skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Should have good team handling skills
- Hands on experience in managing people (directly reporting)

**Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or other Business discipline
- CPA or equivalent certification, and SAP experience is a plus
- Some experience in a relevant field (professional services firm and/or shared service center is preferred).
- Ability to perform all role responsibilities in fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is a prerequisite
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS and general accounting principles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
