**IT Support & Infrastructure**
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely technical assistance to staff.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity.
- Manage antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint security tools.
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.

**Camera Surveillance**
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV/IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Monitor real-time surveillance and conduct regular reviews of recorded footage.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to surveillance systems.
- Coordinate with vendors or security teams for surveillance system upgrades or repairs.
- Maintain surveillance logs, system uptime reports, and access records.

**General**
- Maintain IT inventory, including laptops, desktops, routers, and CCTV equipment.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies.
- Train employees on basic cybersecurity and surveillance awareness.
- Assist in developing and enforcing IT and security procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
