**Roles and Responsibilities**
The YES First program is YBLs differentiated/ segmented proposition for high net worth relationships in the Branch banking domain. Being HNI customers, they require holistic relationship management not limited to investment advisory but extending beyond with an objective of becoming a one stop solutions shop across all customers wealth needs. The primary objective of the role is to build on the investment book of these YF/HNI customers by managing their entire wealth across investment products and services.Recommended grade:
- AVP/VP CtC upto 18lksKey responsibilities:
- 1. Building on AUMs by growing the investment book of the bank and ensuring a one stop platform for managing customer investments across all wealth products/platforms
- 2. Inculcating client risk profiling before reviewing client portfolios and making recommendations; and ensuring portfolio alignment/rebalancing basis the profile/needs of the customer
- 3. Building a focus towards investment cross sell among the RM population and building on investment penetration of HNI customers- Role:_Asset Manager
