**About the Role**:
Tity Global is looking for a confident and engaging **Public Speaker / Guest Lecturer** to conduct inspiring sessions for **college and university students** on topics related to **innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development**.
- Deliver motivational talks, workshops, and interactive sessions in educational institutions.
- Represent Tity Global’s vision of empowering future innovators and entrepreneurs.
- Communicate effectively with students and faculty, making sessions engaging and impactful.
- Prepare and deliver structured presentations and success stories that inspire learning and action.
- Collaborate with the internal outreach team to plan and coordinate events.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in education, training, public speaking, or related fields preferred.
- Passion for mentoring and inspiring students and young professionals.
- Strong understanding of innovation, entrepreneurship, and business growth concepts.
- Willingness to travel (if required) for sessions and events.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hosting workshops, lectures, or professional training sessions.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
