- _**_Record to Report-_**_ General Accounting _**

**_In this role,_**_ _**_the Account Reconciliation Professional manages accounting tasks, including tracking financial records and preparing balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements. They ensure accuracy in accounting projects, reconcile bank and customer accounts, and provide insights for improvements._

**_ _**
**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards._**

**_ _**
- **_Prepare journal entries and manage month-end and year-end close processes._**

**_ _**
- **_Conduct variance and flux analyses and review trial balances for discrepancies._**

**_ _**
- **_Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance._**

**_ _**
- **_Define allocation drivers and complete standard journals for adjustments and allocations._**

**_ _**
- **_Validate and update Fixed Asset change request, maintaining Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation._**

- **_Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**_Minimum Qualifications_**_ _**
- **_BCOM /MCOM_**

**_
- **_ Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**_ _**
- **_Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus._**

**_ _**
- **_Proven experience in general accounting and reconciliation roles (2-5 years preferred). _**
- **_Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. _**
- **_Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools_**

**_ _**
- **_Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Blackline) and Excel._**

**_ _**
- **_Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem_**_-_solving skills._

**_ _**
- **_Good communication and interpersonal skills._**
