**Responsibilities**:

- Visa Counsellor for Major Countries Like CANADA, UK, USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND
- Attend walk-in or meet with potential students individually to assess the profile & counsel them effectively from beginning till Visa Success.
- Helping the client to manage and provide advice in preparing the visa files
- Liaising with different embassies and clients when required
- Maintain the accurate & latest Study Abroad database.
- Has basic knowledge of exams like IELTS, PTE etc.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Visa Counsellor must oversee all aspects of the Visa ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Undertaking the duties as per the business requirement
- Attending the university training & workshops
- Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.

**Requirement & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- You must have experience of Study Abroad Counselling for USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
- Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Good command of English, written and spoken. Microsoft Proficiency.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in the relevant field
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Must have sound knowledge in the areas of documentation and Visa filing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 20, Panchkula - 134117, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
