**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote and sell Apricot Care’s neuro rehabilitation services to hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners.
- Engage with doctors, neurologists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to build awareness and understanding of the company’s neuro rehabilitation offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and trends in the neuro rehabilitation space.
- Monitor industry changes and competitor activities to stay ahead in terms of service offerings and customer needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, clinic managers, and key decision-makers in neuro rehabilitation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address any client queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Educational Role**:

- Provide educational materials and information about neuro rehabilitation programs to healthcare professionals.
- Organize and conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff to enhance their knowledge of Apricot Care's services.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neuro rehabilitation to confidently represent the services.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for neuro rehabilitation services.
- **Networking**:

- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and other networking events to build connections within the neuro rehabilitation community.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive growth within the neuro rehabilitation sector.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Physiotherapy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a sales role, preferably in neuro rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or healthcare-related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques, products, and services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude and excellent negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend relevant events.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience working in neuro rehabilitation or healthcare-related fields.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, especially neuro physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
