**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Key Highlights of the Rider Salary Model**:
**Work shifts**:
**Full-day shifts from 7 AM until 25 rides are completed**

**Mandatory 7 orders afternoon (12 PM - 4 PM) for attendance eligibility rest 4 hours according to convenient time.**

**4 offs and 1 sick leaves per month**

**Salary Structure**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000/month
- joining Bonus: ₹20,000 after 4 months with a minimum of 22 days login/month
- Performance & Targets:

- Daily target: 20 rides (bike taxi & parcel orders)
- Avg. 20 rides per day or 8 hours login= 1 working day
- 15-day minimum login per month is required for salary eligibility

Pay: ₹25,829.55 - ₹30,196.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Driving 2-Wheeler: 1 year (preferred)
