**Job Summary**:
Alined Studios, a cutting-edge and vibrant marketing agency, is looking for a passionate and innovative Graphic Designer with a minimum of one year's experience in the field. This position is based in our Chandigarh office. Our goal is to create unparalleled masterpieces for each brand we take forward, and we need a professional who shares the same passion for excellence and creativity. This individual should possess a keen understanding of colors, typography, digital art, illustration, and overall design sensibilities, and be comfortable experimenting and pushing the boundaries of conventional design norms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualizing and Designing: Develop high-quality and cutting-edge visual concepts and designs for various marketing projects, campaigns, and branding efforts. Design should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also effectively communicate our clients' marketing messages.

2. Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align visuals with the overall brand strategy and campaign goals. Provide valuable input during creative meetings and share ideas to push the bounds of design.

3. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in the visual messaging across all projects. Adhere to brand guidelines while creating visual content to maintain and strengthen the brand identity.

4. Design Adaptation: Adapt designs to various formats including print, digital, social media, and others as per project requirements.

5. Technology and Tools: Leverage advanced graphic design technology and software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create innovative design solutions.

6. Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Use this knowledge to innovate and push the creative boundaries in our work.

7. Project Management: Handle multiple projects at once, prioritizing as needed, and managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

8. Feedback Implementation: Accept and integrate feedback from peers and clients to iteratively improve the design output.

9. Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on all graphic materials that are being sent to print or published online.

**Qualifications**:
1. A minimum of one year of experience in graphic design.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

3. Experience in digital art and illustration.

4. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.

5. A portfolio showcasing creative, design, and software skills.

6. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
