**About Us**

The Impact Engine is a dynamic digital marketing agency with diverse clients in real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, and other industries. We are looking for a passionate **Junior SEO Executive** to join our team and help drive organic growth for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple clients.
- Conduct **technical SEO audits** to identify and fix website issues.
- Execute **on-page and off-page SEO**, including meta tags optimization, content optimization, and site structuring.
- Perform **local SEO** strategies for location-based businesses.
- Build and execute **link-building** strategy, including outreach and backlink acquisition.
- Use tools like **Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics** to track SEO performance.
- Analyze website traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing monthly reports to track progress.
- Make **HTML updates** on websites for SEO improvements.
- Stay updated with **SEO trends and algorithm changes** to maintain best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of **on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building**.
- Experience with **SEO tools** like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Basic understanding of **HTML** to make minor website changes.
- Ability to define and track **KPIs** such as rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure SEO success.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing multiple projects.

**What We Offer**
