Civil CAD Designer Wanted

Qualification : Diploma or B.E Civil
Location : Sampath Nagar, Erode
Experience : 1 -3 years
Time : 9.30 AM - 6.00 PM (Sunday Holiday )
Salary :10,000 - 14,000
Skill: Excellent System knowledge With evaluation & Planning
CAD designing knowledge must.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create Property Reference Numbers as required to support the provision of assessments relating to new, merged and split properties.
To inspect items or property to evaluate condition, size and construction.
To prepare reports that estimate value, and outlining the estimation factors and methods used.
Estimate the value of goods, such as land and buildings, before they are sold, taxed, insured, mortgaged, or developed.
Valuation officers play a vital role in the real estate, finance, insurance, and taxation sectors.
They also share information with property buyers and sellers, calculate how much people owe in taxes, and help people decide on property investment.
To perform appraisals, conduct market research, determine the risk and tax implications of a transaction process, and present reports to managers or other analysts
