Essential Skills
- Knowledge of complete cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of complete Banking Related activities
- Knowledge of payment gateways like Razorpay, UPI, Atom etc.,
- Handling Employees Loan processing and maintenance
- Advance Payment - Policy and Procedures
- Prepaid Cash Management Card handling Procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience performing full function of Cash, Bank and Funds Management
- Ability to build good relationships with Banks and other Departments
- Experience in calculating, posting and managing financial records accurately
- Intermediate computer software skills, including MS Office and other accounting packages
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Petty Cash / Pre-paid Cash Management Card with Verification and posting of entries in books
- Bank Account Reconciliations on a monthly basis or as per requirement
- Handling End to End Banking Related activities:

- Registering vendor in the Bank Portal / Online Payouts / Internal Bank Fund Transfer / Creation of Fixed Deposit, Interest Reconciliation / Opening of New Bank Accounts etc.,
- Managing the Employee expense claims' process / Reimbursements
- Reconciliation of Prepaid Cash Management Cards, Credit cards and Debit Cards etc.
- Reconciliations of Clients / Prepaid Cards / Payment Gateways Vs Books
- Handling regular Client Payouts / Receivable Accounting Activities
- Month-end accounting, journals & accruals
- Ongoing improvements to the Cash Management and Banking Process
- Coordination with other Departments, Auditors, Stock Exchange, Banks, Razorpay, Atom etc.,
