As a member of our team, you will lead the clinical science and operations of planning and executing translational medicine clinical pharmacology trials and programs. Collaborate across our global network in the drug development continuum and acting as the key contact for CROs in India.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Operationally and scientifically lead clinical studies. Drive and deliver aspects of global clinical trial execution from study design and set-up to final reporting.
- Lead the matrix-management of robust global clinical trial teams, collaborating across the organization and externally with service providers/investigator sites.
- Drive the development of clinical study protocols and other required documents
- Ensure quality conduct and document standards are applied across the clinical trial lifecycle

Develops materials for trial-related advisory boards, data monitoring committees, investigators meetings, and protocol training meetings for Novartis local medical organizations.
- Contributes to talent & career development of associates through on-boarding, coaching and/or mentoring support.
- Performs local CSI associate management activities
- and represents CSI in collaborations across TM groups in India.
- Acts as an ambassador for TM in interactions with the wider Novartis organization in India, as well as local external partners and vendors.
- Advocates for and supports local associate development and shares knowledge of the changing clinical environment and talent pool in India with the wider TM organization.
