Korean Trainer

*Job Description:*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced *Online Korean Language Trainer* to provide high-quality virtual instruction to students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. The trainer will focus on developing students' proficiency in Korean, covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, while fostering an appreciation for Korean culture.

*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct interactive and engaging online Korean language lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with students' goals.
- Teach core Korean language skills, including pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversation.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Create and share learning resources, such as slides, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Use digital platforms and tools for virtual teaching (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom).
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their language-learning objectives.

*Requirements:*
- Fluency in Korean (native or near-native proficiency).
- Strong command of English for communication with non-native Korean speakers.
- Proven experience teaching Korean as a foreign language (online teaching experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with TOPIK levels (TOPIK-1 to TOPIK-5) and certification programs like TOPIK.
- Certification in teaching Korean(e.g., TOPIK ) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection, computer with a camera, and microphone for online classes.
- Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching.

*Work Schedule:*
- Flexible; classes scheduled based on trainer availability and student time zones.
- May include evening and weekend sessions.
