We are a well-known analytics company based in India, serving clients globally with a focus on GCC countries, Europe, and India. Currently, we are looking for a Governance Executive, CS Assistant, or Executive to join our team in Ernakulam.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage company takeover processes, handling documentation and legal requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Demonstrate presentation skills in meetings and take initiative.
- Contribute immediately to ongoing projects.
- Prepare necessary documents for company incorporation.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of secretarial work and compliance.
- Fulfill compliance requirements, including filing necessary forms.
- Draft agreements, contracts, deeds, ensuring compliance with prescribed requirements.
- Prepare Power of Attorney (POA) for clients.
- Ensure the security of the company's legal documents.
- Qualification: LLB, LLM, Legal Course, Corporate Law, ICSI, CS pursuing.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Meeting presentation skill
- Ability to handle tasks with initiative.
- Ready to join immediately.

**Salary Range**: Between 14000 to 18000.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
