**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**: Carry out the installation of aluminium window systems according to project specifications and industry standards.
- **Site Preparation**: Assess installation sites, prepare the area, and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct inspections during and after installation to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on installation progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, including photos and reports, for project documentation and quality assurance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in aluminium window system installation or related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of aluminium window systems, installation techniques, and tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and find effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in construction or installation (preferred but not mandatory).
